This facility operates a high solids anaerobic digestion and energy generation to produce biogas and electricity. Our automation engineers provide comprehensive solutions including the design of the network architecture, migrating Movicon SCADA to Ignition SACADA complete with the Ignition alarm notification system and Ignition MQTT transmission module securely transferring data from the site to the client’s central server. Through fiber optics, switches, and gateway converters we established a network from the main plant PLC (S7-300) to the various types of field PLCs (Allen-Bradley CompactLogix, Allen-Bradley GuardLogix, Schneider Modicon M340, Siemens S7-1200).
